Select Accomplishments
- Represented a sub-contractor in a AAA arbitration. Successfully recovered all damages sought on behalf of his client.
- Successfully sued company for breach of contract. This five day jury trial ended in an award of all damages sought.
- Successfully defended a national bank in a five day jury trial against allegations of violation of the UCC, fraud, aiding and abetting, and civil conspiracy.
- Successfully prosecuted claims by landowner against neighbor and defeated neighbor’s efforts to commercially develop an adjoining parcel.
- Successfully represented approximately 30 Kentucky businesses in the multi-million dollar failure of a Kentucky based group self-insurance fund.
- Managed litigation across the United States for a national non-profit organization. Cases managed ranged from significant personal injury to breach of contract claims.
- Represented, as co-counsel, the family of a deceased college student and obtained a favorable verdict at trial.
- Represented property owner through trial in claim for fraudulent misrepresentation and non-disclosure. Obtained judgment with award of punitive damages and attorney fees.
- Won five day medical malpractice jury trial for injured plaintiff.
