Thank you for visiting my blog. I am an experienced trial attorney and trained mediator dedicated to professional excellence. I have had the privilege of representing individuals and businesses in complex litigation matters including defamation, plaintiff’s legal malpractice, business divorce, business litigation, and real estate related litigation across the country.

I like to blog about social media issues such as doxxing and defamation, legal controversies, and my personal interests. I have been married to my lovely wife, Cari, since we were both 24. Over the years, we have raised three children who are now grown-up and out of the house. We live in a historic neighborhood in Covington, Kentucky about a mile from downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

Feel free to contact me with questions, request a topic, or just say hello.
